Position: Estimator/Surveyor

Job Description:
With a minimum of three years experience, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record gained from a wide range of projects, ideally in the refurbishment sector. You will be responsible for all tender preparation, of which incorporates, breakdown of document to be issued to subcontractors/suppliers, breakdown and issue of material enquiries for tenders, collate quotations for inclusion in principle contract tender submission, the ability to price works, prepare tender settlement documentation, detailing anticipated profit, etc.. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be liaising with clients and consultants on a day to day basis. Self motivated, flexible and used to working to tight deadlines, you will quickly establish yourself as a respected member of the team. The position carries an excellent salary commensurate with your skills and experience and an attractive package including company car. Position: Foreperson Joiner

Experienced Foreperson Joiner required. Time served Foreperson Joiner required with relevant qualifications. Must have at least 5 years experience as a Foreperson Joiner. Main duties include the managing of the companies own employment on site along with all subcontractors and suppliers and liaising with the client on a day to day basis. All aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery will be involved on projects ranging from the leisure industry to the healthcare sector. Excellent Rate of pay and company vehicle.
